Tamla Station will remain closed for camping until further notice. Tamala's request for a new camping licence has been declined. Tamala is an active pastoral station with a lot of history back to the late 1800’s. The
limestone homestead was constructed in 1896. No public access is currently permitted to the changes in legislation restricting the operation of a tourism facility here.
