Burke & Wills Camp 31 - NSW

Burke and Wills camped here on 11/10/1860. It was near the Moorara Sheep station. Burke rode ahead because his behavior was upsetting many members of the expedition. Burke set up camp and the last members arrived at 10pm! Landells was left in charge of the camels to separate himself and Burke. so the expedition was broken into two group during the daytime travels. There is no plaque and no public access
