Belougery Spire is a breath-taking rock feature in the Warrumbungle National Park and can be encountered by hiking the route to the Grand High Tops. From Camp Pincham, follow the hiking trail to the Grand High Tops. From here, a vague track leads northeast following a ridge to the base of the spire. Popular with rock climbers, to get to the start of climbs either scramble onto half-way ledge or walk down the left side or right side of the spire. One other, adventurous, option is to approach the spire's climbs from Hurleys Campsite. See provided link to a climbers website for specifics.
