Riverside reserve by the Ovens River with a large beach and some level grassed (short) areas shaded by River Red Gums and wattles. Access to the beach may be difficult if wet but there is a large graveled
parking area. A pleasant
riverside camp handy to Wangaratta but with constant freeway traffic noise.
Access from Wangaratta [C314]: South east 4.6k on the Oxley Flats Rd to just before the freeway flyover, left 300m (gravel) (signed). (No direct access from the Hume Fwy [M31] to Oxley Flats Rd.)
