Just wanted to say first time I have had to use support & it was great. Decided to use the online chat option. Michelle initially notified me she was on a call & once free helped solve my problem.
I had a few glitches with Firefox locking up, but Michelle stayed helping through it all.

I had reason to contact Michelle a short time ago via the 'online chat'. She sounded like she was juggling a few calls at the same time, but she knew what I needed to know & was clear in communicating it. It is the second time I have sought tech advice this way & feel that it is one of the significant advantages Exploroz have over the competition when it comes to their products.
