Description

Dense shrub to 3m. Leaves are cylindrical with a hooked point. The name uncinatum means "hooked" in Latin, in reference to the tips of the leaves. Flowers are 1.5cm across with five oval petals and a cup shaped centre. Colour of the flowers in variable sheds of pink or white.

Flowering start in June and ends in November.

Identification

The main flower colour is pink. Ti-tree flowers, cylindrical leaves with hooked tip.

Uses

A common inclusion in floral arrangements - commercially cultivated for the cut flower trade.
