Description

Shrub, 0.4-2 m high. Fl. blue-purple, Feb to Dec. Variety of soils.

Identification

The main flower colour is purple. Shrub, 0.5-2 m high. Fl. pink-blue-purple, Mar or Jul to Dec. Red pindan soils, white sands, sandy clays and loams, gravel, laterite. Undulating plains, drainage lines, dunes, outcrops, disturbed sites, road verges.

Together with Dicrastylis, this plant often provides the dominant species along desert tracks.
