Canning Stock Route - WA

This route is based on a GPS trace that may not have faithfully followed the official CSR "Heritage Track". It is aligned where possible with tracks that can be seen on satellite images in Google Earth. Use your judgement of what's the right way to go rather than sticking to where this goes. The most direct route from Wiluna to the Kunawarritji community is about 940Km. If you visit all the wells and a few prominent landmarks you'll probably cover over 1,000Km, and a bit of wandering can easily make that 1,100Km. An alternative is to refuel at Parnngurr (via Georgia Bore), which is about 840Km from Wiluna, then about 85Km back to the CSR.Kunawarritji to Billiluna is around 640Km, and then 170Km to Halls Creek.
