Mount Field East Circuit Track - TAS

This beautiful 11km hike through Mount Field National Park to the top of Mount Field East includes Beatters Tarn, Seagers Lookout, Lake Fenton, and Lake Nicholls. Can be hiked year round but during winter take care during snow and storms as it can be slippery on the rocks. Fairly well protected from winter winds. Allow about 5-6 hours depending on conditions.

A parks pass is required to park at the carpark on Lake Dobson Rd and you should register your hike with the Mount Field Visitors Centre.
