Discovery Holiday Parks - Cradle Mountain - TAS

Caravan Park with powered and unpowered sites and a range of cabins. Not dog friendly. Due to the remote location, there is a limited supply of drinking (rain water) and washing/shower (dam water) for powered and unpowered sites. Discovery Holiday Parks recommends filling up (9 litres per person/per day) before arrival. If you are travelling with a vehicle with its own water tanks, please fill these before arriving at the park.

Discovery Parks – Cradle Mountain is set on the edge of world-heritage listed Cradle Mountain Lake St. Clair National Park, so a true wilderness experience is on the doorstep of your cabin or caravan.

The famous Overland Track starts here, covering 161,000 hectares. There are guided and non-guided walks for all fitness levels, canoe tours, horseback trail rides and helicopter flights.

Guests may only operate an eScooter in parks where state laws permit the operation of an eScooter in public places, outside of an approved eScooter trial. It is advised that you consider state laws before arriving in park.
