4km off the Eyre Hwy along an unsealed clay based track (avoid if wet). This
free camp is a large
clearing of firm, hard packed sand in an exposed saltbush plain with no shelter or facilities. Suitable overnight
free camp for those with indoor sleeping and cooking arrangements due to exposure. Wheel tracks to the south follow a soft sandy path to the beach (4wd required beyond here).
