This site is one of many designated camping areas in
Dirk Hartog Island National Park. Online bookings required. No fires. A hut can be used for shelter and there is a
toilet.
Whilst a popular site for groups of people camping together on a fishing trip (excellent shore fishing), this is also a good site for non-fishing people. The site is almost water level, set back about 20m from the water's edge on a slight rise. The water frontage features a spectacular rockshelf, which creates breaking surf waves and rockpools. You can setup
camp on firm sandy sites if you don't wish to use the hut.
