Best battery

Hi All its been a long time but I need advice I have a powr caravan mover fitted to the van and the battery has died (insufficient use ) so I need to know what is the best battery for me one that will last the longest and can be recharged with a charger (not lithium) any and all advice is greatky appreciated

Get an AGM.
120Ah NPP for $245 is pretty good value if it is not too big for you. If it is too big, ask Peter if he has something smaller. He usually does.

Update, just bought one and question now is as the vans going to be laid up 9/10 months of the year how often should I charge it ?

Simple way is to use a small 5-10W solar panel plugged into any outlet, mine was on the outside under the awning. This will provide enough charge to keep the battery topped up will the van is parked up.

I use a slow charger (about 3 amp) plugged in all the time. This seems to work for me ok, as it is on a 3.5t tipping trailer that not getting regular use these days, but is great when you need it.
