Hi
Just updated to the latest maps and planning a trip to the cape this year.

Is the road maps accurate on what is gravel and what is bitumen roads ?

I understand that they would be doing the roads constantly but wondering how up to date this data is on the latest update.

Thanks
John

There is still around 200 kilometres of dirt in the Cape.

Not sure what is shown on the EOTOPO. The sections are broken up and the new bitumen roads are brilliant after the corrugations.

Yes John,
We have used the latest publicly available roads data for what is bitumen and what is unsealed throughout Australia and in particular we did a lot of verification with local people for the Cape areas.
