Loss of places, treks

Hi, I have downloaded the latest version but my
places,
treks,
track logs, reviews & updates and media all have zero content. There is a button with the cloud download arrow for each of these but nothing happens when I use it. This occurred previously when I updated to the latest version and it took a long time to download everything. Now I have nothing. Can you let me know what I need to do to download the information and to keep it on my iPad. The program isn’t much use without any
places or
treks.

On my android device I had to scroll to the right and find the
orange download button.

FIXED: needed to Clear Content in the resets of the Data Manager
Just thought I'd add a "me too" to this.
I'm on an Android tablet, using an SD Card for storage. Working fine on an Android Phone.
Have also
- re-installed (keeping data)
- Reset settings
will try complete uninstall / reinstall, and if still no go, try setting the storage to the device's memory.
Will
feedback, and log a ticket if required.
