HiRes map download problem

Hi
I have just purchased ExplorOz Traveller and paid for the complete map set. In trying to download the maps it comes up with the message “unable to unzip download. Close app and try again”. I have tried this several times and no success. I am hotspotted to my new iPhone 13 with my iPad Pro.
Can anyone help please.

Have you tried rebooting your iPad first ? Then try again.

Thanks, got it sorted by deleting the app and reloading.
