Hi Jan B7,
Assuming it is a caravan your asking about it is not that hard depending on what you have access to on the outside of the van.
Even running leads from the inside to outside is easy enough.
You will need to supply more information to get a reasonable response.

Yes, sorry it is a full van. We are looking at putting a new Milenco multi directional antenna on with a smart tv so to finish off thought we might have a go at doing the outdoor tv thing. Obviously would need a splitter etc and an outdoor bracket and 12 volt availability. Would we need an outdoor speaker? Do you reckon with a lot of luck we would be able to run the antenna cable from our current position using a splitter somehow to the outside without having cables running somewhere, where I am bound to trip over them.

If you have internet and it's a smart tv then you don't need an aerial, you can stream it all through the wifi. That means you just need the power.

Some smart TV's have Bluetooth capabilities, maybe a rechargeable Bluetooth speaker will do.
