My clutch pedal is sticking on the way back up and causing me to bunny hop as i take off sometimes, any suggestions as to a fix or somewhere to start looking? im no expert mechanic but i do love to try and fix these issues myself.

Hi Ian,
If it was just a car I drove around town I would put a kit through the clutch master cylinder however for something I take out of town I would just replace the whole clutch master cylinder. Only a couple of hundred dollars and an easy job to do.

I had the same thing a few years back, the clutch was basically ok, no slipping but when I lifted my foot, the clutch was slow to return and seemed to slap the sole of my shoe. I had changed the master and slave cylinders earlier that year in anticipation of changing the clutch only due to age(415,000ks) so i had a new clutch installed and the problem gone. It may be the same, simply pressure plate age. Michael
