We love our 2010 Mk2 Tvan. It's been our 'home away from home ' for several years now. When we switched from our 7 metre converted bus to the Patrol & Tvan motorhoming friends predicted we wouldn' t stick with it for more than 6 months. We weren't sure. It's not perfect but few other options provide us with access to the sort of places we love & enable us to stay out bush for 4 to 6 weeks at a time. Our ideal would be a Tardis in the shape of a 4wd, bigger on the inside than on the outside, but our magic wand doesn't work. What we have proved, at least for ourselves, is that the length of time on the road is not related to the size of accommodation required as many appear to believe.

See 'My Profile' (below) for link to our Aussie travel blog, now in it's 6th year.

Nice Work,
Geez you get around! Recognised a few places, Been watching your travels on YT
We started out with a tent 35 years ago & I swore I would never tow....... Times change
Getting older now & do like our dunny & shower in the van. I guess it's horses for courses. We manage to get to most places but we do leave the van behind occasionally & swag it when access is difficult.
Thanks for sharing.
Cheers
Paul
