Head of the Darling

Hi fellow travelers. Does anyone know if one can drive to or be able to access the head of the
Darling River (-29.95815, 146.30803) or is it private property- no access? I can see a track that heads towards it off the West Culgoa Road but wonder if it is accessible. TIA
