Show distances in Traveller app.

Hello. How can I get Traveller to display distances between towns etc. I’m using EO Topo 2021 maps.
Thanks.

Siringo,

Create a Trek between the two towns. It's easy. Tap one town, select goto. The town will appear in the navigation panel. Tap the second town. Select goto. Tap Add. If route options are offered select one of them. The second town will appear in the navigation panel, which will also show the distance between the two via the route chosen.

If you keep doing that for successive towns or waypoints, against each one you will see a distance from the last place plus a cumulative total.

It has to be a 'Place' either an ExplorOz place or one you have created.

Jim

Drop a pin (waypoint) at each location and try again

Jim S1,
Position (scroll) your map to position the cross-hairs at the approx location of the place you're interested in. Eg if you're zoomed out a town could be a black dot on the map with a green cluster adjacent.
Use one of the zoom methods to zoom in, or if there is a cluster of Places tap that to expand and keep tapping/zooming until you get the Place you're interested in.

If it's not there, scroll to accurately place the cross-hairs where you want them to be then create a way pointand goto that.
