No need to apologise for dash cam videos Peter, I love them! Gives me a chance to do trips that I may not be able to do any time soon, or at all. I also love text-overs rather than talking heads. All you need is a catchy sound-track and you'll give Mike's 4K productions (another big favourite) a run for his money.

No need to apologise, Peter. I enjoyed the variety of scenery and terrain. Your travels make me envious.

Regards from a locked down Sydney.

No Bantang.
Our friends saw some fleetingly as they disappeared into the scrub. Plenty of evidence of them though. They estimate that there are 10,000 on the Peninsula.

When we were there wealthy overseas shooters would come in a shoot a Banteng Bull as part of the Pacific Rim Trophy . The cost of doing this was $10,000 and the meat went to the locals.
If you paid your money and got one the first day if was back on the plane and flown out.

Friend of my family worked in the safari camp and loaned us his boat so we could go and see the Victoria Ruins.

One small camping area near croc crossing where they move from the ocean into a lagoon not far past the air strip.

I would be all in favour of trophy shooting ferals.
Buffalos, camels, donkeys, brumbies. We have a lot of them.

While we're all You Tubing this one popped in the side bar on Pete's video. An old Leyland Bros doing Cape York in 1972.

My favourite is Northern Safari by Keith Adams. A 1948 Perkins powered Buick.
Adams made a life time living out of that movie. My father took me to see it at a local town hall in Adelaide when I was a kid. He is still selling the DVD as far as I know.
