Old Town
Halls Creek was the site of Western Australias first gold rush. Parts of the original settlement are still visible today. Key attractions of the region are the spectacular bungle Bungle ranges, the amazing Wolfe Creek meteor crator (the second largest in the world with a diameter of 850M), the Argyle diamond mine, and of course the mining
heritage of the historic Old Town itself where the remains of the original mud-brick
post office and town cemetary still stand.
Facilities include: Powered caravan/camper trailer sites, camping sites, Restaurant and bar (by prior arrangement). Internet facilities, air conditioned single and double cabins, shady picnic areas, Laundry facilities, wood barbiques, mini-mart, Swimming pond and childrens
