McGowan Island - WA

A beautiful flat area for campers, although quite exposed along a very pretty beach. Very basic facilities (non heated showers) are available at McGowan camping area and fees apply.
Excellent drinking water available.
Visitors arriving with their own boat will find easy access to the water but the available bounties must be worth it because this spot is very popular for fishing. Fishing, oysters and crabbing are within easy reach by dingy or off the rocks.

Various tours, such as fishing & crabbing are also available at Honeymoon Bay , for visitors without their own boat.
