Gorge is 22.3km from the turn-off from Namatjira Drive (allow 2 hours) and is high clearance 4WD only. There is water,
toilet, shelter and information at this site being the trail head for Sections 5 & 6 of the Larapinta Trail. Hugh
Gorge itself can be accessed on foot to the north from this
camp. Camping and
parking is 300m from the trailhead of Section 5/6.
