Lake Ninan is a
rest area that permits self-contained vehicles to stay free for up to 48 hours. There are no facilities other than the large shelter, picnic tables and waste
bins. No tents no fires.The lake is 10 kilometres west of Wongan Hills on the
Calingiri Road. When the lake is full, it is used for water skiing, sailing, canoeing etc. When full there is an abundance of different water birds. The
boat ramp is further around the lake to the right. Walking trails allow you to explore around the edges of the lake.
