I have updated to Etopo 23 but when going to update map packs all I'm getting is contacting store, and nothing else

The EOTopo2023 pre-purchases are now all active in your accounts. We are still wait for Apple to complete their review but 8.0.2 is available now in Android, Windows and the Web version.

Gday, I'm still unable to update to etopo 23, it shows contacting store and that is where it sits.
I have a Samsung Gallaxy S21, I have u installed and reinstalled, restarted my phone and still get the same thing.

I found that it was not downloading to the SD card. It worked when I downloaded it directly to the phone. So I uninstalled all the maps (2021) and downloaded 2023. It is completing as I write this. You might need to move some photos/videos from your phone to make space. I should imagine that the developer will fix the app in time. Rennie

Apple still have not competed their review and as such the in-app purchases cannot be purchased as yet. If you wish you can get it via the website as this applies the purchase directly to your account. Get it from here

Exactly the same on my Samsung phone. It states "contacting store" but nothing ever happens.
Also, I now see that my 2019 subscription has disappeared. So my phone now has EO Topo 2019 missing. EO Topo 2021 with a green tick, EO Topo 2023 with a red X
My Samsung Tab 8 still shows green tick for both 2019 and 2021
I'm thoroughly confused, and I am running Android and version 8

Purchased
EoTopo 23 today but it doesn't appear in my account or on my Ipad either. I know that V8 for Apple isn't available yet so hope that is the reason why.

Best just to wait until 2023 is available in the App store before doing anything I reckon (if you are using iOS).
