G'day David

Highlights are on SBS at 5.30.

I was thinking about riding alongside Toby Price and the other lads this year but two very minor issues prevented me from doing that - the $75,000 entry fee and my age lol.

Cheers

Dakar Coverage - Red Bull TV

If you have a smart TV/apple TV should be able to use Red Bull TV app - or just watch on PC/Phone.

I sent one final shout after him to stick to the track, to which he replied “All right,” That was the last ever seen of Gibson - E Giles 23 April 1874

G'day Rob

Yeah just saw that but still ten days and six thousand k's to go - hopefully he can move back up the leaderboard.

Daniels Sanders in his maiden Dakar has picked up a dozen places and moved to ninth and the other two Aussies in their first Dakar are still going so that's good for them.

Cheers

Makes me feel a little better to know that even someone as good as Toby Price can get stuck on the top of a sand dune !!

Hey Wildmax

Toby's got nothing on me - I can get stuck on the top of a sand dune AND the bottom of one :)

Toby is doing well and picked up some lost time - 4th overall and only four minutes behind the leader.

First timer Daniel Sanders is going along nicely in 13th place overall and the other two Aussies Michael Burgess and Andy Houlihan are still going so credit to them !

And I take my hat off to the two girls still going - Laia Sanz and Sara Garcia !
Laia is in 27th overall, amazing !!

Some pretty wild terrain they have all had to ride through whilst trying to navigate without crashing !

Cheers
