Makes about 12 pinwheels, Preparation time 10 mins, Cooking time 20 mins

1 pre-made puff pastry roll dough
Nutella spread, to taste
Cinnamon powder, to taste
1 egg, beaten
Milk, optional
Icing sugar, to garnish
Method

Preheat oven to 175 C – 350F – Gas Mark 4.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Spread a thin layer of Nutella evenly across surface, leaving a small amount of dough untouched all four sides.

Add a pinch of cinnamon on Nutella all over the puff pastry dough.

Roll dough back up. With a knife, slice dough about 1inch thick getting dough pinwheels and place them on the baking sheet and brush them with the beaten egg.

Bake for about 15-20 minutes – it depends on your oven – or until edges turn slightly brown.

Take off from the oven, allow to cool them down a bit, then sprinkle with some icing sugar and serve.

Have you tried them in the camp oven Bill?

There is an Exploroz Recipe section HERE.

Enter it there as well. Makes sure it's easily accessible by anyone looking for a tasty camp treat.

Cheers

'Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Maybe a revision is needed.
