home work and was wondering if anyone has done the Border Downs Rd lately . The road runs from
Cameron corner to
Silverton

Seems you have asked one of those questions that no one can answer. I know I can’t as I have not been in that part of the country for ages. However I reckon a phone call to the Corner store,
Packsaddle or Pine View would provide you the information that you seek.

I have done it but a few years ago, so not really qualified to answer the question, it was an enjoyable drive even though I shredded a tyre on the camper.

Heard a rumour that the track along the dog fence is now closed to all but maintenance crews, wanted to get from
Innamincka to
Broken Hill that way.
