I purchased the maps, downloaded some of them. Went to download the rest tonight and I cannot figure out where in this site I go to get them.

Any help appreciated, thanks.

The ozf4 Australia 144K map is not there, just each state. There used to be a ozf4 200K Australia map, which is the one I used to use.

What is the story with this missing file ?

Thanks.

Willie

Hi - File size possibly too big (i.e. greater than 4 GB) which is the limit for some SD cards/memory devices (depending on how they are formated)...just a guess.

Cheers

I sent one final shout after him to stick to the track, to which he replied “All right,” That was the last ever seen of Gibson - E Giles 23 April 1874

Quote from Michelle's detailed email

"OziExplorer users – please be aware that due to technical limitations we cannot produce a whole of Australia single file in the OZF4 format in the 144K scale – so you will need to download each of the 144K state sheets (NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, WA) or select the 144K ECW whole of Australia file."

And just for info, my device, a Samsung Tab S2 32Gb which is not a slug, rejected the 144k ECW file as too large. It's not about memory size, it's about the file size limits of the OS and processor. The state-based 144k files resolve the issue.

The PC has no issues with that file.

That's correct. The file is too big. Michelle sent out an email explaining the reasons.
