Samsung s5. I've been trying to get the updates. Can get the latest version of the app ok. When I go to delete the old maps it goes into an endless loop saying 100% complete but then immediately starting again to delete. Anyone else having problems. (left message with online chat but haven't heard back)
Update worked fine on my Lenovo tablet

Also got Samsung S5 and all updated ok. Delete of old maps only took a few seconds and then able to download new maps. No idea why yours would be different.

Try restarting the app. Or your phone
Also if I remember correctly you have to delete the bottom map first and work your way up the list.
When I reloaded all the maps and restarted the app. as instructed to log back in I had to do it twice before I could log back in
